Alkyne Phosphoramidites
Alkyne phosphoramidites allow introduction of alkyne group into 5′-position of the oligonucleotide or internal modification with the alkyne group. Alkyne then serves as an anchor group for subsequent click modification with various fluorescent and non-fluorescent labels. Amine Phosphoramidites
