Fidelity Oligos, LLC (Gaithersburg, MD) specializes in the synthesis of modified and highly modified DNA/RNA oligonucleotides and analogues.

For over 20 years (previously within Fidelity Systems, Inc.) we have gained an extensive expertise that allows us to successfully synthesize difficult and unusual constructs.

Apart from custom oligonucleotides Fidelity Oligos offers some unique specialty phosphoramidites including biotin amidites, amino linkers and spacers with long and super long PEG-like tethers as well as MOX/SUC precursor monomers for post synthetic derivatization.

We also do custom synthesis of some small molecules such as unusual phosphoramidites, nucleoside  triphosphates and NHS-esters.
